Teaching equality is a website that brings together tools and ideas for action at each academic level. The tools are adapted to the various contexts encountered in Gaspésie and on the Magdalen Islands, i.e., those of the French-speaking, English-speaking and Mi’gmaq communities.

Women’s Health Advisory Committee
The Women’s Health Advisory Committee is a space where many expertises are gathered to raise awareness and provide input to the Regional Health and Social Services Network regarding the organization and delivery of health and social services affecting the living conditions of women in Gaspésie and on the Magdalen Islands. The committee’s aim is to advise the Network on the obstacles and issues specific to women in the healthcare field, from an intersectional perspective, i.e., taking into account the multiple oppressions that women in the region may experience.

Considering the lack of neutral and reliable regionalized information on pregnancy termination, the Women’s Health Advisory Committee has designed a pregnancy termination awareness campaign. The campaign’s main tool is a microsite that brings together all the information relevant to the population of Gaspésie and the Magdalen Islands.
